Student Technology Services (STS) provides several services for students, with our primary customer being the residential student. Some of those services include:
- Support of computer labs in residential spaces
- University software in the labs
- Printing services in residential labs
- Walk-in technical support - STS Help Desk in Gregg Store Front
- In-room support
- Internet access in labs, on campus, South 40, Village, Millbrook, Fraternities
- WIFI in many residential common areas and rooms
- Cable TV Service
- Virus removal
- Troubleshooting hardware
- University telephone services in residential rooms
