Services provided by the STS Help Desk include:

  • Virus removal
  • Connectivity troubleshooting for wired and wireless connections
  • Wireless configuration assistance
  • Hardware troubleshooting (we do not make repairs nor open student machines)
  • Software troubleshooting
  • Assistance with installing software
  • Troubleshooting Cable TV (CATV) problems
  • Troubleshooting telephone services in residential rooms (University owned phones)
  • Information about technology initiatives or programs
