Student Technology Services (STS) provides several services for students, with our primary customer being the residential student.  Services include:

• Support of computer labs in residential spaces
• University software in the labs
• Printing services in residential labs
• Walk-in technical support - STS Help Desk in Gregg Hall storefront
• In-room support
• Internet access in labs, on campus, South 40, Village, Millbrook, Fraternities
• WIFI in many residential common areas and rooms
• Cable TV Service
• Virus removal
• Troubleshooting hardware
• University telephone services in residential rooms
