STS Home Submit a trouble ticket

You may Submit a Trouble Ticket to STS through the web using your WUSTL-Key login. When you submit a ticket, you will receive faster and more accurate service if you are very detailed in describing the problems you are having. For example, be sure to let us know:
- Is this a wired connectivity problem?
- Is this a wireless connectivity problem? If so, to which network are you trying to connect?
- Are you on a PC or a MAC?
- What is your operating system?
- If this is a cable TV problem, what channel causes the problem? Are you missing stations?
- What is the primary number where we can reach you?
- What is the best time of day to reach you?
- Have you contacted us before about this problem?
- Have you tried to first contact the help desk (935-7100) - if this is a printing problem, please call us first.
The more detailed and complete you are in describing the problem you are experiencing, the better equipped we will be to assist you!
