Wireless Setup - Windows Vista Print

1. Download the SecureW2 Wireless Client and save it to your desktop.

2. Double-click on the downloaded file to extract the installer.

3. Run the .exe application and follow the prompts to install. Reboot when prompted.

4. Right click on Wireless icon on taskbar and click “Connect to a network.”

5. Select “Set up a connection or network” at bottom.

6. Click “Manually connect to a wireless network" and press Next.

7. Enter the following information:
    - Network Name = WUFI-S
    - Security Type = WPA - Enterprise
    - Encryption Type = TKIP

8. Click Next.

9. Click “Change connection settings.”

10. Choose the Security tab. Set “SecureW2” for Network Authentication. Click “Settings” next to SecureW2.

11. The SecureW2 Profile: Default window opens. Click the Certificates tab.

12. Uncheck the Verify server certificate box.

13. Click the Authentication tab.

14. In the Select Authentication Method dropdown, select PAP.

15. Click the User Accounts tab.  If you leave the Prompt for user credentials box checked, then each time you connect to the wireless network, you will need to re-enter your user name and password.

16. If you decide to uncheck the Prompt for user credentials box, then you will need to enter your user name (the first portion of your email address, including the part after the @ but before .wustl.edu) and your email account password only this one time. Be sure to check the box for Use this account to logon to computer.

17. Select OK. You will be returned to the Properties window.

18. Click OK.
