1. Download the SecureW2 Wireless Client and save it to your desktop. 2. Double-click on the downloaded file to extract the installer. 3. Run the .exe application and follow instructions. 4. Restart when asked. 5. Right click on Wireless icon on taskbar and click View Available Wireless Networks. You may see several networks available. 6. On the left side, under Related Tasks, click "Change advanced settings." The "Wireless Connection Properties" window opens. 7. Click on the "Wireless Networks" tab. 8. Click the Add button. The "Wireless Network Properties" window opens. 9. On the Association tab, in the Network Name [SSID] field, enter WUFI-S. 10. In the "Network Authentication" dropdown list, select WPA. 11. In the "Data encryption" dropdown list, select TKIP. 12. Click on the "Authentication" tab at the top of the window. 13. In the "EAP Type" dropdown list field, select SecureW2 and make sure to un-check the box that says "Authenticate as computer when computer information is unavailable." 14. Click the Properties button. The SecureW2Profile window opens. 15. Click the Configure button. The SecureW2Profile: Default window opens. 16. Click the Certificates tab and un-check the "Verify server certificate" box. 17. Click the Authentication tab and in the "Select Authentication Method" dropdown, select "PAP." 18. Click the "User Account" tab. If you leave the "Prompt for user credentials" box checked, then each time you connect to the wireless network, you will need to re-enter your user name and password. If you to uncheck the "Prompt for user credentials" box, then you will need to enter your user name (the first portion of your email address, including the part after the @ but before .wustl.edu) and your email account password only this one time. Be sure to un-check the box that says "Use this account to logon computer." 19. Select OK. 20. You will be returned to the Properties window. Click OK. 21. Close the "Wireless Connection Properties" window
