Department: Radiology (Medical School Campus)
Salary/Schedule: $12.00/hour – 20 hrs/week; hours between 8AM and 5PM: same daily schedule for M,W,F and for T, Th (to accommodate student candidates’ academic schedule)
Location: East Building in Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology (MIR)
Job Description:
Radiology Student Business Analyst Assistant provides support for the Department of Radiology – Computer Section. This position provides assistance with project management and business analysis using available tools and software.
General Responsibilities:
- Helps coordinate project tasks and project related information to improve communication and coordination with project team(s)
- Business analysis in support of projects
- Other duties as assigned to include participation in special projects
Qualifications:
- Meet basic STaRS hiring criteria
- Experience with MS Project, Visio, Tableau, SQL, SharePoint, MS Office Suite
- Knowledge and proficiency with standard Windows operating systems and applications
- Excellent customer service skills, in person as well as on telephone
- Ability to work well independently and as a member of team
- Ability to quickly learn and apply new technical concepts
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A strong desire to learn
