STS Digital Signage Request

Student Technology Services features digital displays in our South 40 residential computer labs and our service desk. Digital signage requests can be submitted using the form below. The run time for submissions is typically limited to two weeks.

Digital Signage Guidelines

The following guide shows requirements for submissions. Submissions that do not meet these requirements will be rejected.

Must be 16:9/widescreen format in landscape/horizontal orientation
JPG, PNG or PDF format
72-150 dpi

Start Date *

Minimum begin date is two days from today. It may take up to two business days from today for your flyer to be posted.

End Date *

Submissions run for a maximum of two weeks.

File Upload *

Maximum file size: 51.2MB

Slides must be at sized at 16×9/widescreen aspect ratio (1920 x 1080 pixels recommended), at a file size less than 8 Mb.
