Title: Campus Card Services Student Assistant
Department: Campus Card Services
Reports To: Campus Card Services Manager
Term:   Year-round availability including Summer
Spring/Fall semester: 10hrs/week (M-F 8:30am-5pm)
Summer: 20hrs/week (M-F 8am-4:30pm for summer)
Salary: $11/hr

Required Skills:

  • Strong customer service skills, including written and verbal communication
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new circumstances
  • Good organizational skills: ability to prioritize work load to appropriately respond to customer needs and demands
  • Excellent language and people skills
  • Computer savvy and familiar with campus technology platforms and resources
  • Ability to keep work-related information strictly confidential
  • Full-time student with at least a 2.5 cumulative GPA, in good academic and judicial standing

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Sophomore or Junior with campus experience and knowledge of policies


  • Welcome & direct visitors
  • Answer phones
  • Processing fingerprints
  • Filing (Alphabetizing)
  • Maintain the informational literature and bulletin boards accessible for all visitors
  • Assist in updating Campus Card Services website
  • Assist with Bear Bucks marketing on social media and around campus
  • Assist in printing of ID Cards
  • Other duties as assigned
